I just did some basic math, and in order for a venue such as I described would need to do around $7500 per day average, in order to pay back a 4 million dollar 10 year investment. Just a ball park figure. Doable? Maybe? I have seen restaurants that actually do much more than that per day... so who knows ?? All I know is that it's way out of my comfort zone and bank account.
