you can find tutorials on geo city links...and on some blinkie pages.....and use photoshop.....some places even start you with the blanks......i just need to buy photoshop.... _________________

if you know how to make "pixel pictures" you can make blinkies easily....
not my kinda thing:)
Anyways, melly, I would let you use my photoshop.... but, It is for a mac:) I know, it costs a lot of money... too bad:) If you ever get a mac, you can borrow MINE:)

Ok  I made my first blinkie woohoo... I didn't read any of the tutorials cuz I'm too danged lazy.. but.. I kinda trial and errored my way through it. I hope it turned out right.
Summerluv.. I tried to make the one you are looking for my first attempt. I did a "blonde with an attitude one" I put a little blonde doll on it cuz I thought it was cute, but I also saved it as just the blinkie with the text in case you don't like that.. Any requests?? hehe

hiya melly ... wellll, i'm not sure exactly whatcha want, but how's this?? Lemme know if you want your name a different color or if you want it to say something different. Can u animate these?? and uh... is it possible to NOT have the white square behind them? just transparant? OH! and can ya make 'em a bit smaller? wow..... am I asking too much? !

awww they are absolutely precious ... I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but is it something like this? I can make it bigger if it's too small and clean it up a bit as I figure out exactly what i'm doing
