I am looking for some way to organize my karaoke files, so that I can have them in some kind of order for easier lookup
Once your files are named correctly in one of the standard formats, that's all you need to do. You don't need to organize them in different folders for any reason except for by type. Keep all your karaoke files in one folder, all your MP3s in another, and videos in another. Other than that, there's no need to further break them down because as others have said already, whatever software you use for playing them will enable you to lookup any song very quickly. If you do use KJ File Manager for fixing your files, it too has an easy search feature for looking up specific songs or artists.
The idea of "organizing" your files on your hard drive is the old school way of doing it. These days, the software out there does all the work of looking things up.
