My point is that you've made statements that are simply false, just as Mr. Staley does, and you've taken other information that's technically true but drawn false conclusions from it, just as Mr. Staley does.

"Hello Pot? This is kettle..."

So you are calling Paradigm (not only a customer of sound choice, – one of the first "certified KJ's" in Arizona who was certified by Kurt Slep himself) a liar? This is the same KJ, who has mentioned to bar owners about "the advantages of being certified" and had a gun stuck in his face at the mention of your trademark name.

That's vendor gratitude for you.... take your money one day and call you a liar the next. Your "bedside marketing skills" are awe-inspiring.

You're all about "technicalities" pal, so let's not try to kid anyone here that your actions are anything even remotely close to a gesture to "improve this industry" because it isn't now and it never was. You know that, I know that, and so does everyone else who has known you for more than three weeks.

Your entire trademark trolling business revolves solely around suing karaoke hosts who have fully purchased the product but not paid your tax, then you sue venues who hire karaoke hosts as though they are some type of accomplice in order to get the KJ's fired, and on top of that you license pirates – and you license them with counterfeit material in between getting sued by publishers for copyright infringement yourselves. You don't have enough money to produce a single disc.... but you have enough cash laying around to purchase another trademark from the principals at Digitrax to keep the lawsuit machine going. (Shhhsh! we won't tell anyone the secret about 2+2)

But somehow.... I'm the bad guy in all this? Really? Is that all you got?

I'm sorry we haven't been able to get back to Arizona to go after the pirates in the Phoenix market. We lack an attorney in that area at present. Once we have one, I'm sure we'll return.

You're not the least bit "sorry" about anything.

According to the State Bar in Arizona, in 2013, there were 14,471 attorneys in that state. And with your "ironclad open and shut case" of trademark infringement, you can't seem to find a single starving or green-horned contingency attorney that will take on your project? That is more than just sad.... it's pitiful.

It looks like your reputation is preceding you in the legal circles.... and it's not a good one.

Carry on.
