Look, I said we would have more details as early as Friday, but we're still waiting on some stuff from the web developer. KNF, I have already personally provided you some details about the programs you're talking about.

You have no right to be ticked off at anyone who simply expects you to do what YOU promised to do on YOUR time frame. Perhaps in the future it would be wiser to check with your web developer before writing checks with your mouth that your a$$ can't cash.... (But missing your own deadlines and making excuses or blaming someone else for them is a pretty standard operating procedure with you..... carry on...) BTW, there not a d*mn thing preventing you from telling customers right here on this forum.... you don't need a fancy web page for that.

I think that if you look back at what I actually said, you'll see that I gave no deadline, nor did we miss a deadline, nor did I blame anyone else for missing any deadline (because there was no deadline to miss). It may also come as a surprise to you to learn that we do not consider this forum to be part of our marketing apparatus. We use it to communicate with some customers, yes, but our focus is on our website. Sorry that disappoints you. No, not sorry.

You -- by you own admission -- "said" you'd have more details "as early as Friday"... No one else put those words in your mouth and I understand how frustrating it is when you get called out for your constant verbal vomiting of promises you repeatedly don't seem to be able fulfill. This is your problem... not mine. I didn't promise information "as early as Friday" and then ignore it as though it would be forgotten... You did that all by yourself and once again, you refuse to take any adult responsibility for your own mouth... And based on your track record, that's certainly not surprising. No, not sorry. I'm not surprised or "disappointed" at all... as a matter of fact, watching you trip over your own forked tongue and then like an embarrassed teenager, indignantly backpedal is really quite amusing... I'm still giggling at your willingness to berate your own customers for asking that you do what you promised. You are your own worst enemy...

karaoke hosts and singers don't know pep and don't go to pep, but they do come here, and more all the time (as shown in the rising ratings). someone in business should advertise where their customers are, they are not at your website, but they are here. why come out with new ways to take money but not let anyone know about it......wait a minute.....nevermind, i got it.

I can try to explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you. "As early as Friday" means that it might be ready on Friday, or it might not be. It does not set up a deadline.

"As early as Friday" means that it might be ready on Friday, or it might not be. It does not set up a deadline. Spoken like a true attorney. And although you wanted people to anticipate your "announcement" you (once again) resort to backpedaling and hair-splitting words based on technicalities.... Any reasonable customer would expect that you'd sometime actually make an announcement on your own projected target date.... but once again, all they get is excuses and blame-shifting. After 6 YEARS of the same lip service, I believe there are plenty of people that "understand" what your motives are.

No, not sorry. Another chapter from the "Harrington Book of Fables" no doubt. If it weren't a part of your marketing apparatus, why then did the moderators here remind you that if you wish to continue "advertising" your (vaporous) products and schemes here, that you should at least purchase some banner advertising? Because it IS "part of your marketing apparatus" pure and simple. You even changed your username to make it less threatening and more "marketable." If it weren't, you wouldn't be here almost every single day.You can tell your stories to everyone you want.... not everyone will believe them.

I noticed that three of the songs on the GEM series bonus discs are duplicates of three of the songs on the original GEM series discs. Anyone know why?

Are bonus disc owners (or should I say, lessees) somehow contractually bound not to publicly share the bonus track titles?

it's like beating a dead horse!
pep/soundchoice whatever you are called no a days, has been posting or saying things on the phone to customers since 2009. I had promises on the phone that things would happen by a certain date, and those dates have come and gone.
at this point i'm not interested in anything from PEP/soundchoice as it stands now it's all old music with nothing new.
so I wipe my hands clean and want nothing more from a company that has nothing to offer!

GEM series licensees (not sure why that term is so difficult for people to understand or use) are not bound, contractually or otherwise, not to share the bonus track titles. Of course, if you're in the club, why would you share information with someone who isn't?
