It's kind of ironic that a karaoke manufacturer claims to "still be here" but they haven't produced a KARAOKE TRACK in over 5 years.

Coca-Cola once went decades without producing a new formula. Were they somehow "not there" because they didn't put out anything new?

Coca Cola STILL produces soda. They do not just run around suing people.

By comparison, so do we. We have very fine products that our customers and their patrons enjoy. The products may not be "new," but they remain extremely popular.

(And Coca-Cola sues a lot of bars and restaurants, too. They will go in undercover, order a "rum and Coke, and take a sample of it. If the lab test shows the cola isn't Coke, they sue for trademark infringement.)

when is the last time you put out a CD?
when is the last time you PRESSED a CD?
when is the last time you sold something that was not already in inventory form years ago?
if the answer is yesterday, you are the same as Coke, if not, you are different.

I am pretty sure though that they only sue if the bar/restaurant is displaying Coke signage, logos, and/or if the menu states Coke products, but they are not pouring Coke products. There are many restaurants and bars that choose to pour Pepsi products (or other soda company products) that do not get sued by Coke. Ideally, bartenders and servers in such establishments should clarify that they do not have Coke products and that they pour Pepsi (or other brand) products. I highly doubt it though that Coke would sue such an establishment if a staff member neglected to mention that they do not have Coke products.

Also, I am pretty sure that Coke does not sue its customers for purpose shifting empty Coke bottles/cans for creative projects like these:

We just released three new discs we've never sold before.

3 DISCS IN 5 YEARS? WOW! That must be the reason why COKE is a billion dollar business and your business is a thousand dollar business. EVERYBODY enjoys a COKE. Sound Choice has a reputation now of leaving customers with a terrible after taste after purchasing their products. I don't think COKE sues people for drinking beer out of a COKE glass. Comparing COKE to Sound Choice was not a very Sound Choice at all.

Those 3 discs must be flying off the shelves. You'll probably sell dozens of them. LOL Most people would want people to know what they are selling but not Sound Choice. You need a secret decoder ring to find out what they are selling these days. Three discs with a5 songs per disc would come to 45 songs in almost 6 years. WOW! That's almost 8 songs per year. Yup! That's right up there with Coke a Cola numbers.
