I currently use a Lexicon alex digital effects processor and wanted to know if anyone has one or have used it? I'm not sure how to properly set it and if I have it connected properly. It was given to me without directions. I did locate a set on the internet but seems a bit confusing  . I have it running through my Mackie micro series 1202 mixer. If someone could give me some advise on what the best setting would be and how it should be connected I would appreciate it. :D

Thanks, Bob

That processor is aprox. 10 years old.
Connect the Aux 2 send of the 1202 to the left input on the Alex. Take the left & right outputs on the Alex to the left & right Aux return 2 on the Mackie. Turn the input on the Alex about halfway up to start with. Mix all the way to the right & Output about 3:00 o'clock.
The register/preset has all the stored effects. 1-6 are your reverbs - which is probably what you'll use most of the time. They value will adjust the length of the effect. The parameter will work in conjunction with the value as to how the effect will sound.
Pretty much it's going to be trial & error for you as to what you like to hear. You can still download the original manual from Lexicon, i'd put a link up for you, but it would be helping you too much & it would be deleted. However i'll send you all the links you'll need if you e-mail me & that goes for anyone else for that matter.
