The KJ is providing a service that has never been about bling (they shouldn't be able to afford bling...) I let people who offer $ know that it's about integrity & fairness. I don't take bribes & I don't play favorites. In 18 years of being a KJ I have said this to Benjamin Franklin 5 times. I do, after the 1st rotation insert new singers in an every other one fashion, so old singers don't have to suffer through all of the new ones & vice versa, but it isn't bought or earned & I frequently have a rotation of between 40-60 singers.
