Actually.....only about 1/2 of it. The other 1/2 is in storage until I catalog, sort and shelve this mess. Roughly 11,000 discs here.

The JVC box has a player in it, the rest is all discs. To the best of my knowledge, the player has never been used. Anyone need one?

Hahaha That's what I get for being snarky!

Actually, I have several units that I am going to put up for sale. Let me clean them up and test them. Then I will post to classifieds.

Chris I just added another 975 discs (4 250 CD binders) to my collection because a friend of mine retired and he had 2 rigs. I bought one of his sets of discs. There about 210 SC discs in the batch. I haven't even had a chance to check them out yet. My collection now stands at approx. 7500 based on 100 cd's for every 6 inches in height/length.

I will never ever be able to even come close to your collection size because the Craigslist deals are all but gone in my area, and I don't buy very often on EBay.

I must say "that is one huge collection"

My collection isn't even in the same league as any of this group, however for someone who has bought all of his discs on a mostly disability income, I think I have done EXTREMELY well.

Getting pretty close to 650 and I will be getting a GEM set in May unless something goes seriously wrong *knock on wood*

Mr Harrington made me an offer I couldn't refuse ;)

*Note the above statement is call SARCASM/ a joke in csse you haven't heard of it*

Well I got through all the 975 discs that I bartered a couple of months ago, and I just got an unbelievable deal on 751 CDG's for $400 on Craiglist yesterday. The seller says they are all original and "mostly Sound Choice" and DK, and Chart Buster. I am driving 2 1/2 hours (each way) on Saturday to pick them up. This could be my best deal ever. I am hoping to get a SC8125  (which I don't currently have).

PS. I am doing a gig next Wednesday. It will be the first since I had my spinal fusion 8 weeks ago. I am still restricted to only 15 lbs lifting and minimal bending or twisting. My couch has a permanent impression of my body

My wife is going to rip me a new one in a few days when another 1200+ discs arrive. I keep waiting for "Hoarders" to give me a ring....

Chris, we might be beyond hope  I only have 1 rig and seldom even do as gig anymore, so I must really be beyond help for sure. The good part is that the last 1700 discs only cost me $400 and a little bartering of things I didn't use anymore.
