Our kiosks allow singers to search by either first name OR last name.... So singers that want to find Johnny Cash can type in "Cash" or "Johnny C."And they are not dependent on the first artist. You can also find "Ludacris" in the middle of an artists listing of "Usher, Ludacris and Rihanna"
I would go to a show with no books or no kiosks only 1 time. More often that not, having neither is the sign of a pirate who has downloaded so much music they can't afford to print a book or even keep track.
