Seems Universal is tightening the screws on everyone.....

"Prime Music's track listing includes songs from Justin Timberlake and Bruce Springsteen -- but it doesn't include artists like Jay-Z and Lady Gaga.

That's because Amazon reached signed deals with Sony Music and Warner Music Group, as well as many of the top independent labels, but it couldn't reach an agreement with No. 1 Universal Music Group (reportedly because of a disagreement over fees)."

This whole thing is just getting totally out of hand. This is why bands like Def Leppard are re-recording their old music. They are sick of Universal and their BULL!!.

The 80's metal band Metal Church will be re - recording a bunch of their older stuff too due to they have no control over their own recordings. But for those fans, they may actually see some karaoke tracks in the future.

Journey redid all their biggies and sells them off their own site.
