Are there any Karma users that have successfully gotten either of the following work?

WMV files to play video in Wide Screen format? (audio works perfectly for me)
MP4 files to play audio? (video is in wide screen, but audio just screeches)

Do a search for K-Lite Codec. I think that would solve your issues.

I only have a few wmv files, which I used a free online service and converted to avi.

I am using the K-Lite Codec Pack. I have tried it with several machines but it doesn't fix the two issues I mentioned. I can do conversion to AVI or even convert MPG to WMA and get it to work, but it is a LOT of extra work to do so.

I would like to start using HD content for all new songs if possible and this is the one thing holding me back.

uninstall k-lite pack. start clean with the codecs i listed. Watch my dropbox link video for instructions.
You will be able to play all your videos no problems.

Sincerely,

Summer
