As a host do you ever hand out survey's to you customers at a bar or after hosting a party or reception. If so What are the questions you ask? Have you found it en-lighting and helpful or a waste of time.

Personally I'm thinking about adding it to my website. May be dangerous if I bomb someplace.

I have done little survey cards over the years. Mostly a waste of time because the only ones that would fill them out were people that either loved the show in every respect & wouldn't give honest feedback either way or someone that happened to get pissed off and wrote they hated everything about everything and then not even leave their name to try to figure out what really happened.

I do surveys for private events, but only to the folks I am working with. Not to the guests.

I speak with every bar owner/manager and many of the staff on a weekly or bi-weekly basis just to make sure things are going well and see what needs to be tweaked.
