I submitted a club directory entry, and it has been a little over an hour and still doesn't show up.

Was wondering if they have to be manually approved, or if there is some sort of batch job that needs to run to update it.

Also I noticed that there is only one other entry for Glendora, California (Glendora Lounge) and that particular club no longer does Karaoke. They moved to a new location and are restricted from having live performances there due to proximity to an apartment complex. If they had one I'd probably be performing there as well as the new place I tried to add...

New Club Submissions are updated daily.

This is a manual process.

If you see a Club/Venue listed that no longer offers Karaoke - please let me know the name of the club/venue and the location (city state country)

I will then contact the submittor to confirm that the club is no longer offering Karaoke. This may take awhiel as people do not access their emails as often as I do.

is no longer having Karaoke.  The lounge actually moved to a new location on Arrow Highway -- and the new location has an ABC restriction against live entertainment.
