Hi,
I'm having a singing contest at school this Friday and I don't know which song to choose: whether Without you (by Mariah Carey) or Breakaway (by Kelly Clarkson). I think that I can impress the judges with Without You more since it's a pretty hard song to sing, but I'm more comforting with Breakaway! I appreciate all of your comments.
Thanks a lot.

It will help if you post your recording of both songs. As it is only you know how you sound like.

Agree...it should come down to what you do a better job with...This is a good place to get some constructive feedback on them.

I would go with a Acapella version of "999 Bottles of Beer on the Wall." It always goes over well in contests, especially if you can make sure you're the first singer.
