They're stating that "that can't happen - it's impossible". They had me checking the PAL/NTSC switch, change TVs (for the 4th time), and a lot more runaround... Finally, their suggestion was to take it back to the store where I purchased it and have them hook it up to work. If it doesn't work, then they'll "be more than happy to replace it!
". I dunno - I think I'm missing something here...
By the way Knight - thanks for the response... It looks like I may be doing just that if all else fails...
In the meantime, if anyone else has run across this or has any ideas, please pass them along!!!
