Sorry folks -
I thought I had responded to her question. I did just now via a PM
She was asking about SS and retrieving an archived song.
Once they click the red X button the submission is deleted & thus archived.
The down-arrow is for downloading and you can edit your submissions - however, not after they are deleted.

PHiLL, you certainly don't have to embarrass me by your comment...nor say 'she'...Yes, I
received your 'PM' and the answer you gave me was not what I was looking for...I've
written to you on several occasions, however, then I see this written in the forums. I don't
feel you answered my 'simple' question and sure looks like you're to busy to answer a 'PM'.
I am trying too find out how and if I can download a few songs from my archives that does
NOT have an arrow or an X to delete...All I want to know is how can I download my own
songs that have been archived without the arrows? The songs that have been archived
have no such thing near them. Plus I don't have them anymore, due to my other computer
that I had over 600+ songs that I couldn't keep them all. A simple, yet, seems a difficult
question to answer. Plus you could have answered my question from the many 'PM's I've
sent you, to no avail!~

Dee -
I certainly wasn't trying to embarrass you I was simply trying to answer your question.
I thought I had responded to all your PMs, in fact I had - except for one. So I responded to that PM.
Unfortunately, once you delete a submission or an archived submission we no longer have the song file stored.
If there is an arrow and a download button then you CAN access and download; if there is not, well you already deleted the submission.

PHiLL, If I think what you're trying to say about the arrows, do or would they go all the way down to which I need a few songs back? I will try it and fine out if that's what you mean. I had lost over 600+ songs from my old computer and now I am just wanting three songs from which there is no arrows on them. But, I will give it a try and let you know.
I just felt as if you embarrassed me and I hold no grudges on any ones part. I know you are very busy on here and else where. I will try and see if it works and I will let you know. Thank you once again. I just am very sensitive and took what you've said, literally to my heart.
Thank you, ~DEE

PHiLL, I see what you mean by the blue arrow, however, I just tried it a couple of times and I simply cannot bring the arrow all the way down from where the three songs are. What do I do in that case?
~DEE
PHiLL or anyone, how do I make the blue arrow go all the way down my lists of archives to down load them onto this computer. I did try it again, took my mouse and tried dragging the mouse all the way down to the three songs I want back and it doesn't work for me. Does anyone understand me? I am simply at a loss...Sorry for so much troubles...
I am in need of H E L P !~What am I doing wrong?

The arrows are images next to each submission that you can download. These are 'static' images and cannot be moved.
If there isn't an image of a blue arrow (download) or a red X box (delete) - then that submission has already been deleted and therefore cannot be accessed as the file is no longer in our system

Can you now 'delete' this thread? I, personally don't know how to.
Plus I noticed your named is not spelled like PHiLL anymore-it's just Phill...Well, I've always said that people when writing to you, not to many spelled it correctly-Thank you...
Love, DEExox

Others may find the information helpful. You asked a very good question and there maybe others wondering the same.
