Lone Ranger is incorrect yet again, the tradmark can be renewed withOUT production of new product, anyone wishing to verify that find the info quickly using google. Lone Ranger, do half truths do sound so much more valid to you?

That means CB product would have to be produced with the CB trademark on it currently. DTE is using the old CB library, but using their own trademark. I checked with the original law firm representing CB and filed the current CB trademark, it is due to expire next year, to renew the trademark new product has to be produced prior to the five year expiration date. PR is solely setup as a legal process company with no production plans what so ever. I hope this clears things up for you Athena, have a blessed day.

I talked directly with the lawyer that originally filed for trademark on behalf of CB, Shauan M. so i had gotten permission from CB to shift (in SC terms) my discs to a drive. now that they sold their TM to PR, i need their permission and your official stance is "get sued first then talk to me". is that right?
