K so we've got people talking about having an Elvis week..... I thought of another "week" we could have....

How 'bout Spouses Week....

We could submit songs sung by our spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, or EVEN our sons n' daughters.... Like Big Red's daughter... I wanna hear her finish "Put Your Head On My Shoulder" and Tina's allready submitted her daughter singing and it was Great!! My hubby can sing some Ramones or sumpthin.... and I wanna hear Tig's wifee sing sumpthin' cuz I heard she's really good.

AND we could even do duets.... Mother/daughter ...father/son....hubby/wifee.... whatever

Any thoughts?

Lol.... he is compeltely monotone, half tone deaf, crazy BAD. Cross your fingers my DAUGHTER is not like him:)

However, VERY cool idea!

My hubby is the same... how about expanding it to simply "family"... brothers, sisters, neices, nephews, cousins......

I bet we could get some really great stuff that way!

Great idea Crystal! Just the other night I was playing around with some songs and when 'Lonely People' came on my hubby runs in, grabs the mic and starts singing! He was hopelessly out of tune, but it was such a kick to see the look on his face while singing - he was having a blast! He said I could record him as long as I sang with him. I think this will be a lot of fun. I'll see if I can talk some other family members into it....

So Gilly, tell Justy if Randy can do it he has to also!!

Now if i can just get Croakie away from his new PC game....WE might JUST have a chance....

Oooh I'm gonna go see what duets I can find, I can just see it now a page full of 'we are family' submissions lmao

I think it's a good idea. I'm actually planning a duet with my dad as soon as he's out of the hospital. Excellent idea!!

Can we make it MCI week? You know - Friends and Family?

The chances of my getting to record my fiance is pretty darn slim, but I might be able to sucker, er, trick, er, convince, one of my co-workers to get recorded. Of course, maybe I'll just have a karaoke party at the house and record them all! Bwahahahahahaha!!!
