Worldwide Digital Entertainment, LLC. has been named on a joint suit with PR in Tennessee. Is there a new player involved in this karaoke legal process "Game Of Thrones" of ours? I noticed that SC's name does not appear on the new suit, I thought that they and PR were working hand in glove on joint suits? Has SC finally given up the legal process fight, or hired another fast gun like APS, to do their legal work for them? Here is the link, if anyone knows anything about this Worldwide Digital I would like to know who and what they are, and of course who they represent. http://dockets.justia.com/search?query+ ... covery+llcP.S. You have to search under Worldwide Digital Entertainment, LLC., since they are listed first under plaintiffs.

That explains who they are. It doesn't explain what their standing is in filing a trademark infringement suit in Tennessee, and who are they are suing for? I mean which label? Have a blessed day.

Well Lone, they do not have to explain to you, however, it will be in the Complaint.

Why? Do they write in another language other than English in Tennessee, eh?

This is why I haven't purchased any DT songs.. I was waiting to see if all they did was shift some paper to get out from paying on their own piracy, then splitting up just enough to be able to sue on one hand and make it look like they aren't on the song selling side. I feel strongly that DT and PR are really the same thing but split just to keep us from making a SC assumption about them. Well, I am making it and I am not going to support either side. PR should be extremely easy to win against in court. I mean, a company who's sole purpose is to assume copyright and trademark rights strictly for litigation? That's trolling to the Nth degree. Plus, how long will the CB rights be in effect since there is no more production of CB?

One thing I find interesting about Worldwide Digital Entertainment, LLC is that it is a Nevada Corporation. I've heard that incorporating in Nevada has some benefits but I'm not sure what those may be.
However, I'm wondering if it has anything to with the possibility that Las Vegas may be in the PR LLC cross hairs...

At least some of the names for World Wide are public and Stovall is one of them.

The advantage are simple Insane, it is for one cheaper there you can set up a Corporation for a few thousand dollars. The second advantage is there are not as many rules and regulations for incorporation like say in California or New York. Many companies who feel they might get sued set up Nevada Corporations. Remember while they can sue others there is a good possibility they themselves will get counter sued, like SC did in California. Have an insane day.
