Well... looks like I got here too late for the pj party! Sorry Mikey! I went out to the movies and missed all this! Matt... I'm sorry to see you leave.. I've known ya for a while now... and I have enjoyed your songs as well! I try to comment on as many as possible... including yours... but it's just impossible to keep up with everybody.. so YES... we DO tend to go to people we like! Nothing wrong with that! WE ALL do that... for lack of time... We are here for pleasure.... We all (most of us) have other jobs and don't sing for a living... this is just an escape.. and some here just plain love to sing for pure joy...when friends stop in and say "hey.. this was great"... that may be the best part of their day....is that such a crime to do? To take the gift someone has just given you with their hard work... and give them appreciation for it? Each and every comment I leave is sincere and honest! We get to know each persons capabilities. I have come to know many people here .. and we get to know them through each comment and reply... and through each song they choose to sing. Someone here just lost his mother.... someone else is having a baby boy....someone just got their heart broke in two.. someone is getting married soon... someone is very ill and battling for life... someone is getting ready to take a trip.. someone is taking care of a very sick loved one... this site is just people... people with stories... good people! There is no secret society.. I for one am not here to get an analysis of my singing... I am here for the camaraderie and the break out of my daily life and a bit of escape and friendly banter with people I have come to care about! AND... I get to enjoy something that I absolutely LOVE to do... sing! This site is what we all make it... I also understand Matt, that you feel it's not for you... so I will see you around I'm sure! I hope you still consider me a friend! We all find where we wanna be... and migrate there. Many of us migrated here because it seemed like a nice friendly little town with good people. Not to mention some very TALENTED singers as well!! I just don't see this place as the ugly place some have tried to make it... it's just people... people who don't even know each other all that well... we are all connected through each song, comment, reply, thread, post... whatever... and we are perceived with each remark and comment we make! We are all very different... yet we are all the same! I'll leave this long rambling book at that and say I wish you well Matt..... g'night....
