Ok,
I'm not a computer noobie, but this issue is kicking my butt. I have a HTPC using the Nvidia N-force 2 chip set out to my receiver via SPDIF. I have a cordless mic setup into the mic in jack. The mic works when I use "sound recorder".
I just want playback of my vocals out of the audio output, while the CGD file is also playing. All sounds go through the SPDIF.
I'm out of ideas ... your help is most welcome.
Regards;
Mayhem

I'm using a winamp plug in for the CDG file playback. I don't wish to record, just hear my voice amplified.
Thanks again.

Sounds like you got your mic turned off.
