Paradigm Karaoke wrote: this just hit me, if UK brands were not to be imported for re-distribution, isn't that exactly what DTE is doing? Difference is they are supposedly licensing each song FOR US use. If they get it licensed, there would be no issues.

I just saw this thread... We at DTE are licensing EVERY song that we have up on the Karaoke Cloud. That is also why you will not find all of the works that were ever put out by SS, SF, SBI, CB, DK, and MM. I WISH we could sell the entire catalogs! We have really come a long way with the Publishers. All of the Majors are on board now. There are about 450 small ones that we are currently trying to contact with more coming on every week.

You guys are doing good work, over there. The only thing you still need are soundbites of your songs. After that, your site will be perfect. Thanks for the service!!

Soundbites would be great. Also detailed invoices showing what you purchased would be great. That way you can prove what you purchased. The reason I say this is because if DTE should go away a detailed receipt will be your only proof of purchase. I'm just waiting for this to change before I make any large purchases.

The receipt should be easy to read and should not contain hyperlinks to print out other snippets of the details of the sale. Simply put, the receipt should be just 1 page, showing the amount paid along with the titles of each of the tracks purchased, or, in the case of a full disc (such as the Taylor Swift "Red" disc), the Disc Number and title that was purchased.

Sad about all these craigslist ads that have loaded hard drives. Craigslist will not do anything about it. Yet when we posted an ad right next to the pirates ad basically educating people about asking the right questions if they care about whether or not something is pirated. It was our ad that was removed. Go figure!

We are trying to make our site as user friendly as possible. It will be awesome once you guys have more songs. I have already been given 9 songs from consumers and we were only able to find 3 on your site. Love what you are doing as well and look forward to helping you guys as much as we can in the future MADPROAUDIO ~ EX MILITARY DISABLED ~ FAMILY OWNED COMPANY

I am probably hijacking a little but I don't think this request is worth a new thread. Gretchen, another site does something like a weekend pass. i used it once and didn't care for their service but I did like that concept. I used it to fill in for requests of songs i didn't have at my last party. I used Singsnap the time before that. The idea is, for 4.99 or whatever, you get a pass for the full library for two days. Its a great chance to sign up and try the service and many may decide to try it full time if they like it. Of course I am talking about your consumer service and not the pro side. And just to make sure people are clear, I don't host anything any longer besides my own, non paid, basement deals.

Once all of the new updates are published we will be creating new deals as well!
