Ahhha! there’s that word I’m looking for. Mentioned only 3 times this time. Never fails to disappoint.

Gretchen, so the downloads are part of a subscription service? I have been on the DT site and can't seem to find just a list of downloadable songs. Is there a different site that I have to go to? I would rather avoid a subscription if I can, and just download as I need songs, like I can do with Tricerasoft. Thanks.

Thanks Cue!

You do not have to be in a subscription to purchase tracks.

Thanks Cue.

Gretchen, do I have to buy these songs in blocks of ten?? I don't see a way to buy them as single songs. Meanwhile, what is this Free Library I see on the site??

Only the new releases are purchased in blocks of 10. Once this month's new releases become available, you will be able to purchase the previous month's in singles.

The free library is for at home streaming only.

The 'free' library are the songs you can play in the Cloud's basic player. You double click on any of the songs and they will open up the player. The 'full' library is $9.99 per month upgrade.

Brian, thank you. I'm not trying to bash CB, but I do believe that it is important for everyone on here to know what they are REALLY getting. After all, that is the purpose of this website, to provide useful information to its members.

And this is a long entry - but I tried to attach an excel file, then a text file, and it wouldn't let me - so I just decided to post the text right in the thread.

Heck, the length doesn't bother me!! However, when you say "everyone on here to know what they are REALLY getting" makes me wonder who you are talking about after seeing the poll results! But definately very informing!

Thing is the list is eventually going to grow as they acquire more licensing, like someone stated, this is probably the basic start.

I believe it is safe to conclude that not "everyone on here" responded to this poll (a small percentage, in fact); and certainly, it is safe to conclude that those that DID respond to the poll are not the only ones who matter. I understand that attacking someone's right to express opinion on here is unwarranted and futile, but I must admit that reading the same select few reiterating their opinions about the same subject over and over can get a bit tiresome (and no, I am not going to stop reading here because of that, and nor do I expect my opinion to decelerate it...probably quite the opposite...)

Curious: what possible purpose could there be for me to get the message: "You are not authorised to read this forum." when I click the above link???

My best guess would be ...the reason you got that message is because the topic that was linked to is in the KJ's only forum. Evidently you have not been granted access to that forum...shoot Lonman a pm to see if he can grant you access to that forum.

find the artist name, just to the left of it is a shopping cart logo that says buy, click that and it adds the song to your cart.

Not the 'new' releases. Those are sold as a set of 10 songs. Maybe they move into the single buy area after the next 'new' releases come in????
