Again, people who do not understand leagalese. It is not saying the songs produced by Pocket Songs, SC, CB, etc are not licenced (at least in this suit). It is saying the Defendant is/was selling CDs that were counterfeit and therefore not licenced.
A genuine disc is licenced, a counterfeit is not licenced. It is similar to Copyright/Trademark. I guess they believe it is easier to go the unlicenced route to the counterfeit route.

Which is why one of the members here said they wouldn't shop there anymore because they received burns instead of actual product.

timberlea and Lonman.
Thank you for making these points. This is what I was hoping to hear and basically why I created the thread.
All this anti - (enter manu here) talk gets really old when it has nothing to do with the original thread topics!

If people writing these legal complaints can't write proper English that doesn't need to be interpreted then good luck to them.

I think it’s a matter of typing too fast. I typed the word leagalese & there was a red underline. The forum is equipped with auto correct spell checks or word recognition. A red underline indicates a possible spelling error. Right click on that word in order to bring up the correct spelling options. I use it all the time. Just a friendly suggestion in case you’re not aware of this great feature.

Really?? where in the suit does it say that, or is this just mere speculation? If so, perhaps you should label it as such, since you usually like to be so sticky about such things.
