That is true, OP! It was purely accidental......I was searchin for some karaoke discs online and when I typed "karaoke" in the search area...."Karaoke Scene" popped up! :shock:

....Our lives have never been the same!!! :wink:

It was a couple weeks before we got the nerve to let Likestolisten know what we were doing :oops:

.....When she found out, she told 2 brothers and they told 2 brothers and..... well, OP has alot of brothers!!!! (and 2 beautiful sisters

)..... It wasn't long before Curlykate and Seanman wanted a piece of the action....... so some of us here, literally are 'one big happy family!'.....and the rest of you are like our extended family! Where else do you look for brutal honesty except to family! :lol:

We love it here.....sometimes TOO MUCH!....or so our kids tell us! :roll:

But that's our short story made long!

I have a nosey nature so I understand :lol:

For those of you that haven't yet figured it out.......here's the lowdown......

Wellllll......Old Paint is my better half :rotflmao:

.....our young 'uns are Curlykate (9) and Seanman (12)... :argue:

OP has more than a few siblings.....In order (i won't say what order :wink:

) they are Likestolisten, BrotherTom (thanks to JimmyBoy for adding him), Jimmyboy, JohnnieD, SoggyT, PTman, Yoga Girl......and nephew J-diddy.

My nephew joined recently but hasn't subbed a song yet.....CowboyPunk.

They can all tell you their own individual 'discovery' stories.

Ok so, there it is.......there will be a test on this later in the semester :swg:

WOW! More than I thought - I knew of course OP was your better half and about some of the others but not all! I was going to go investigating on my own, being the nosey sort I am, but I'm also a lazy sort!

Hi all..well after I was clued into the sight and listened to OP and NHH for the first time I thought my brother SoggyT was pulling a fast one on me cause I am very ashamed to say I did not know the talent those two had!!!! I couldn't believe those awesome voices were my brother and sister in law!!! I was so excited to hear more...

I started listening and commenting, but wanted to rank...give out those 10's ..to show that I REALLY liked some, but you had to sub to rank..VERY GOOD POLICY!!! So OP and NHH kept after me for quite awhile. I honestly felt that was something I could never do...My few trys at Karaokee were a disaster!! But he got me set up and gave me a song and I sang it...sent it back to him..he mixed it.....and I couldn't believe that was me singing. So I said OK..and held my breath as he subbed it for me and wow..there you all were..so supportive and cheering me on..I was overwhelmed!!! That gave me the courage to try some more and well...I guess the rest is history..I was addicted!

I really feel like so many others on here that you are family..not many know I do this..other than family. My family is supportive, but have a feeling others would laugh, but you all know how much fun it is and understand so it is a cool, safe place for me!!

I continue to thank OP and NHH for the encouragement they gave me! ..They opened a whole new world to me

PS..Yes, I am the oldest of the crew

well i arrived here for much of the same reasons as the lady a few boxes above hehehe sounds like the same site as well...i wasn't banned though ..threatened with having my account froze so i couldnt get in but told them to shove the subscription where a monkey shoves its...olol i cancelled my subscription but i had already saw dumbdrums mention another site and i quickly got him by the throat to give me the link i needed sanity ol...nah i didn't get him by the throat he was lovely and said how much he adored me and wanted me to arrive on the site...nahhh he never ol but he did give me the link to here and told me how welcome i would be made and he was soooooo right...and i havent stopped thanking him since hehehe...and ive noticed soo many of my friends slowly arriving here as well ... i thought i was going to miss my other home but because i already know so many of you i feel like ive settled in really well and for the first time in weeks i feel soooo calm and can smileeeeeeeeeeeee again hehehe
