I received the same message, I went ahead & touched several items in my profile. As I've stated in the KJ forum, I'm computer illiterate so I'm sure touching several fields in my profile did absolutely nothing.

In the gold box, there are special links.

One of these is "Profile"
Click on that.

Then you be afforded the opportunity to modify various information.
