Just a short note to say that if I have missed commenting on some of your songs that it's not intentional. I'm finding it more and more difficult to find time to listen to ALL of them! I find myself at least trying to comment on the people's songs that I have gotten used to on here and trying to listen to a few new ones that I haven't heard before. I know that we all like to read the comments and I TRY to do my part. As of this writing, I've managed to comment on 274 songs in the past 30 days, so that comes out to an overall average of 9 per day.

SO... If it appears that I have passed you by, please know, it's not intentional!!

Yes Steven I'm with you one hundred percent!! It takes a lot of time to listen and comment on songs..Especially when I am trying to come up with my crazy lyrics!! I think I will take a week off from creating and spend some time listening! BBQ

I think we can all relate to that. As much as I love spendig time on this site, I have a life too. I'd love to have time to hear everyone and comment on all the subs, but it's just not possible

I always try and comment and listen as much as possible too,yes its hard to hear them all.Some days Im not on my computer much due to life matters,like~~~

I am out in the woods hunting wild beasts.

but because I am putting as much space between me and that timber rattler I stepped on,while hunting wild beasts.

Ive somehow managed to lock myself out of the house,and am contemplating which window to climb in.

My trip to the grocery store took a little longer than I thought,it would have helped when I was up at the checkout,if my purse hadnt been sitting
at home on the table.

But truely,,,if I have missed anyones subs,I too have not done it intentionally. It just gets busy around here some days,and I dont have as
much time as Id like for listening.

How much time does it take to listen to 20 songs a day and comment on each?
Let's see:

Let's say the average song is 2 minutes long (under estimated)

2 x 20 = 40 minutes.

Now, let's say you don't really think about what you want to say and type a quick note, hmmm a minute?!

1 x 20 = 20 minutes.

okay, then...

20 + 40 = 60 minutes (or one hour)

ONLY an hour a day!

Oh wait, I forgot to figure in the load time for each page (30 seconds - hopefully over estimated!)

30 seconds x 20 songs x 2 (because you have to return to the main page each time) = another 20 minutes. **

Oh you need to relisten to the song and/or think about what you are going to say!?

Oh well lets add another 2 hours!

Also, What? you want to read and respond to all the comments and topics in the forums - then let's add another 2 hours...

When you do, allow some time in your day for this site, - I know everyone appreciates it!

Yep, I agree with all of you! I wish I could listen to every song, but unlike Phil, I don't have over five (5) hours a day to devote to this site! but, you're in my heart, you're in my soul, you'll be my la, la la...

Currently I am in a hotel in a God forsaken town called Mojave, where my internet connection is soooooooo slow, it takes agaes to load a single song! I actually started writing this 2 hours ago,

There's just so many hours in a day...don't feel guilty. In the two weeks since I've joined I think there are a lot more members even, am I right, Phill? How can you keep up? I'm doing the best I can, but even that ain't enough!

I think we all understand we can't listen to every single song. Then again, some people do listen and don't comment. I have one song that's been listened to over 80 times but only has about 16 comments. So, that in itself makes me feel good cuz I know people are listening, they just may not have time to do both.

Oops, that was probably me. Just can't get enough of your voice!

I know that many listen but either don't take the time, have the time to comment or don't know what to say. I find that often. I will listen but not comment. Sorry but I do.

If we ever get high speed internet into this suburb, I'll be able to listen to many more than I manage at the moment. If I haven't commented on your subs, believe me, I'm the one who's missing out!
