hi Sammy/ Phill....i'm having trouble listening to my songs and others r saying they r to....its not all of them just a few....one is...THE ROSE....the other is....THATS AMORE.....the others play fine on my end....for me i'm getting a windows error...and it knocks me off singers when i try to play it..... any idea what it could be?....if it were just me i might say it was windows but its not....PLUS....sometimes i can listen to it...sometimes i can't....ty for ur help

O.K.- I can hear them. I didn't have any trouble with them loading at all. Hmmmmmmmm...............

It is happening to me on the same songs. I've tried restarting my computer to no avail. Can you help?

Sometimes I can listen to some songs by a given singer, but not others? Player says something about wrong codec codes. Other times it just hangs.
