Barry, It may be the fact that your British
First, do you have the latest Media Player?
Second, try clearing your cache. IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> (under Temporary Files) Click 'Delete Files'
Third, try rebooting. I am amazed at how many errors this fixes.
Then try it again.
If that doesn't work then try adjusting the auxilary input device to accept third party data, it is located next to the flux capacitor.
