Sorry Lonman,
I reversed my terms. A senior moment brought on by posting too late at night. Sorry about the confusion.
The main ppoint that I would like to make is that Mster should use shielded cables for audio connections, (as opposed to speaker wire), and vice versa.

I am concerned about Mster trying to use home theater towers for voice.
I'm not saying that this is not undoable, and oddly enough, lower end towers may work better that thier high end counterparts.
In an earlier post I recomnended that Mster looked at speakers with 1" metalic tweeters, (if he HAD to go with towers), but he should know that 3/4" tweeters will have a higher frequency responce, and that silk domed tweeters wil have a nicer high frequency sound.

I think that Mster should, at least at this point, be more concerned about the speakers that he wants to add, as opposed to how to connect them up.

Maybe you couold make a recommendation on a mixer that would give Mster some quality without costing an arm and a leg. I like the "looks" of the 6 channel Alesis, but with so many out there, who's to say what is and what isn't a good choice without going out demoing.

I completely agree on the speakers. Home stereo speakers may & most likely will sound like crap & will possibly blow after time.
