The 500w is peak and from what I saw is that it's only 150w cont. @ 8 ohms

That's not much for outside and I would worry about damaging your speakers

You might be forced to over power the amp and therefore push it to distort, speakers do not tolerate distortion and it's the number one cause for damaging the speakers
