I'm considering adding a wireless headset microphone to my show so I can move around more. I would like to be able to announce and sing from this headset. My budget is about $250 to $350. There are so many choices and the return policy on microphones suck.

I would appreciate you input on what to buy, and what to stay away from.

Vocopro makes one too, but stay away from it. Quality wise it sucks.

A buddy of mine uses a Shure and it rocks! He told me it cost him $400. I bet you could get for less than that if you shopped around.

In anything wireless.. just like anything else.. "You get what you pay for"

I have a Crown Wireless Headset and an Audix Headset now BOTH going to an AT UHF wireless Transmitter/Reciever I'm not going to mention the expense. because most couldn't afford someone to engineer it.. I had one of my guys do it on my bench for 1/3 the price, and it's cleaner than most.

I would even use it live it's that clean. 8)
