I have a new car! (well, ok, it's a used car, but it's new for me) It's a beautiful blue 2007 Chevy Cobalt. The color is "laser blue". I love it! And I got a good deal on it. I bought it from Enterprise; I think it may have been one that people leased from them. Well, it's mine now! YEAH!!!!!!!!!

Cobalts are nice cars really great on gas too. Buying direct from a rental company is very smart those cars get all the proper maintenance. Congratulations on your new car.

There are rules with getting a car.
Dont smoke in it.
Dont drink and drive.
Dont answer the cell phone while driving.
Dont get enticed into the back seat unless you are really really serious..
Oh yea and keep your insurance current.

Jim_n_TN well, they're GOOD with gasoline usage... a cobalt usually gets 34-36 mpg... and my 15 year old Saturn gets THAT! !

Ollie, she's 45... not 17.
But, yes, keep your insurance current. (btw, need a quote?)  
I'm looking for a new/used car too. Not for me, I just recently bought me a new(er) one... an 06 Mercury Mariner. (it's a bit tiny, but I love it)
My daughter just got licensed and we're looking for something for her. Gawd, but I hate car shopping. Especially with a picky 17 year old who thinks she needs a Camaro.
Congrats on the car. The MPG will be nice... wish I still got that good of mileage. Unfortunately, by trading off my small car, I just went from 32 MPG to about.... 16.

Congrats on the 'Balt. You will find their little engines have lots of pep. My HHR is based on the Cobalt platform and we love ours, plus the HHR is perfect for hauling DJ/KJ stuff.
