Karaoke Forums

As most of you have noticed by now - the forums have had an overhaul. There are many features that were fixed and the forums have been upgraded to the most recent version. I hired one of the developers to come in to do this as it was beyond my scope and time capabilities.

Yes I realize that there are some items that are in need of repair and some others that need to be reinstalled.

I am working on those items currently!

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused...

If you notice anything that needs to be addressed PLEASE advise - provide as much detail as possible.

love the new quoted comments, colors are much easier to read. Seems to load a lot faster, too!

((edit)) ALSO add... love the POST count link on the left side where the author's name and avatar are. That's a KEWL instant search feature!

I wasn't able to view the site yesterday. Today, same thing, but when I refreshed the page it was okay. (different... but okay)

Looks good Phil! But maybe you could reinstall the title of the "last thread posted to" in each of the different forums on the board index page.

I SEEEEEE the smilies got destroyed (hopefully temporarily!)...

how does one delete or save messages in inbox and sent etc are they just going to collect indiscriminantly? already my inbox is at 2 pages and I want to cull some as I do regularly...any suggestions?

Vicki, you should have the ability to click the msgs on the right. On my inbox, they have white boxes on the right. Once clicked, at the bottom of your inbox, there's a "delete messages" option.

you can do that just by hitting the "END" key on your keyboard, Rose!

Vicki - Sorry, you must keep all messages for ever in fact I am going to send you some of mine so you can store them as well!! Is that working for you now?

Someone had mentioned the Stars for years! I hadn't noticed - Dang I will look into this as well.

Let me know of any other strange or missing items.

I appreciate the compliments - but here is one of the few times I want to know about the other.

Are upgrades being done to the Showcase as well Phill? No avatars are showing (I've done several refreshes in case that was the prob)
