Newbie here... well maybe not that new ! Definately new to the forum but an old friend of the Showcase! My name is Andrea but my friends call me Andy & my SS user name is Andygurl. I was just surfing the forum boards and noticed that an intro was a prerequisite to the KS forum. So here I am. A little background information for those of you who don't know me... I've only been singing for 2 years & basically cause of this site. My husband Steven John is the pro in the family & 1 day when I grow Up I wanna sing just like him ! I had no idea all this was goin' On behind the scenes, it's very cool, it's like 2 shows for the price of 1 ! 1 of my dearest  friends here is Vicki which I'm sure you all know very well. Well I guess that roughly covers it & I guess I'm officially KS qualified now ! Have a great day folks!  :)

Thank-you very much ladies for the warm welcome, it's a joy to be here! Ya know a while back someone donated 25 points to me and I wanna thank them but I honestly didn't know what to do with the points and now their gone, I think. well darlin once you have posted 10 times (I think) you can go to the forum shop and purchase stuff to make your name look purdy and purchase an avatar etc

Newbie huh? Do you realize that you are one of my oldest friends? I've also been singing only for about 2 years. However, I must say that I'd have quit if not for the support that folks like Steve & you gave me during those early days

This definately seems like a fun place to hang out! Thank-you ALL for the warm welcome! I'm so Happy I jumped over here... it did take me over 2 years to get here & I have no idea what took me so long ! While I'm here I also wanna mention how much SS has changed my life for the better! Before SS I would read a lot of books which was nice & all but nothing compares to being a part of this musical family! Love to all!  :D

its just a place where you can talk bout absolutely everything rather than karaoke or singing honey

I swear I was under the impression that the lounge at SS was a place with couches, chairs, coffee & a smoke filled room. I pictured Vicki sitting On the couch with coffee in hand (no ciggy's) chatting away with Jian & a few others & I knock On the door asking to come into the lounge & hang out. The doors are big & heavy so I had to push really hard to make my way in & as I said before, I'm Happy to be here!  :D

I love a woman with imagination...cos imagination can take us places we couldnt normally go and improve upon things that we are stuck with
