Ollie, we need to talk.
Love ya, Man.
Do the nurses there have big butts?
It's not a full blown vets home but at times I wish it was. I need a cook for home made meals with no salt to keep the blood pressure down. LMAO I went to the vets clinic here and it was 130/95 I thought they were going to haul me off. These TV dinners are dangerous.
I dont what we did to piss god off but 6" of snow and 17 below this morning. 30 miles off they are 20 degrees higher. ![LOL LOL](./images/smilies/emot-LOL.gif) Is this awesome or not? Sunrise in Greeley..

No nurses But when going into the VA hospital in Cheyenne they have a sign The Price Of Freedom Is Visible Here...Contrary to popular belief we have the best health system in the world. And I thank you...

Ollie, you got it made!
Knock a few of them up and cheat with every one of them.....They love drama and you are lucky to be living on a soap opera sound set!

Our family typically has a low blood pressure.. For me that is dangerous and have ringing in the ears. Another concern was the low oxygen level in the blood.

Greeley, CO is 5000 ft above sea level, and I bet you smoke....Do you figure that has anything to do with it?

dude! i know you old folks eat dog food and cat food and such (or so i've hard) but you don't have to go to the VET clonic for medical attention! you need to go to a people doctor.....although the vets prescribe alot fo the same medicine for animals as people doctors do for people and it's a fraction of the cost.
![LMAO LMAO](./images/smilies/emot-LMAO.gif) Now you know i'm just yankin your chain
come to think of it, maybe I'LL start visiting the vet, too! my dog got a steroid shot for $30. mine cost $175!

Yup the most exercise I get is loading and unloading my stuff every week. Sometimes no hard breathing sometimes huffing and puffing. I used to walk quite a bit then I got mobile again and lazy.

Our dairy farm was a few miles north of CSU which has always had the best animal husbandry and vet colleges in the world I grew up watching vets and their trainees giving professional help and doctoring all farm animals. I even got to watch a ceserian birth one time with a first time heifer and a big bull calf. The vet doing the operation had white shoes. My buddy said MY God we are watching doctor Welby in action!! It was awesome.
For years after I got out of the service I flat did not trust civilian doctors or hospitals I still prefer the VA. And back then I would rather get a vets opinion over an MD. Their medical profession along with drug companies are profit and greed motivated.
My doc here in the Greeley clinic is a little irish gal by the name of Obrian ...In fact I see her tomorrow for this years followup. When she shows concern and I trust her implicitly. I will let you know tomorrow aft what the diagnosis is.
I have been going to the Cheyenne VA for over 20 years and when I go up there many people who have dedicated their lives to that place hug me. LOVE? YOU BET!!!

Just got back from the vet clinic. Blood pressure 132/82 Nothing showed up in the blood work again for another year. My doc and I had a talk about politics and she agreed The 2 big problems with health care is insurance and the drug companies. When I asked her about socialized health care she rolled her eyes and frowned.. She also told me to quit watching news on tv.

I'm no expert, but socialized health care looks very inviting when you look at how other countries live. They've been doing it for many years though. I'm sure if we tried to impliment it here it would be a nightmare for quite a few years until we leveled off. We have way to many people without health care in this country. If it was free everyone would be flocking to the doctors all at once. Even people here who have health care put off going to the doctor because insurance only covers certain things. We have to do something though.
From personal experience even what is supposed to be good health insurance is a nightmare. We were lucky enough that when the insurance ran out on my daughter the state took over. I never imagined an insurance co. could just stop paying saying you've reached your limit of coverage. Isn't that what we pay for is coverage. Illinois has a wonderful coverage for children, but when she turned 18 we were in trouble again. If you have a long term illness insurance companies leave you out in the cold.

All depends on what country you are looking at, who you talk to, their INCOME BRACKET etc.. Socialized medicine has it's downfalls too.. I've heard pros and cons from Canadian friends, and I think Canada has about the best Socialized medicine arrangements... Not sure, MUCH depends on income bracket, if a person has a preference as to who sees them etc..
