I use a waterpik, I collect calcification and plaque and the nice thing about waterpiks is you can spray the crud out from between your teeth while keeping the nice buildup on your teeth. It's MUCH less costly than bonding, and to fill in the brown cracks white-out works quite well
When you folks fill your rotted out areas, what sources do you use to dry the bondo on your teeth fastest, blow dryer, or heat lamp ?

Kappy made me think of something my dad did a few years back. He is a an old school Italian in the way he that he thinks going to the doctor is for wimps unless your half dead.
He chipped one of his teeth and used super glue to glue it back on. LMAO
Don't worry he actually ended up going to the dentist after time. It ends up he has no cavities at the age of 76 ! It's the pasta - better for teeth than any tooth brush. LOL
