HI guys, I'm a new member and also new to Karaoke world. I have decent HT system.
1. Can I just add a Mixer and Mics in order to have Karaoke function? Is it good enough for kind of home entertainment?
If YES, please susgest a Mixer and wireless Mics, Budget: $500
2. My main speakers are 20mm, DO I really need a bigger speakers in order to sing loud? If bigger speakers need, please susgest, Budget: $1000.
Thanks

First off welcome to the site, there are several knowledgable people around to help you, and i'm sure they will venture by sooner or later. As far as your questions go, the subject has been covered several times in the past, so if you were to sift through the "technical question area here, i'm sure you will be able to get the information your looking for. So for a real short answer to your question, No, home speakers were not designed to reproduce live vocals. As to the why's, as I mentioned, just sift through the posts, there is a lot of good reading to be had.
