we dont celebrate here Johnny but I do wish all my American friends the best of holidays and happy thanksgiving.
We have Waitangi Day, which is a one day holiday and equivalent to NZ anniversary day. To be honest its a joke with the indigenous protesting, burning flags spitting on the ground, discharging firearms into the air etc and claiming it is their cultural right

Fersure Johnny, I'm very thankful for every holiday....I always have to work holidays and I love the double time......$560 for 8 quiet hours at work trying to stay awake, then ease next door for full thanksgiving dinner...Yeah, I can do that.

Everyday's a holiday, and every meal's a banquet!

It's been awhile(retired from that place), but they used to offer me double time and a half on holidays with the probability of 16 hours........I always chose being with my  family because they were, and always will be priceless to me.........I got lucky....I hope some day soon, you can have that kind of luck.....it can lower the value of the dollar faster than the Chinese have........

Yeah man, that would be cool sometime! But how long have I been saying that now?
Though I haven't been in a singin' mood lately. I seem to be losing my confidence. It wasn't all that great before, but the longer I stay away from "live" singing, the more I lose my balls.

Having alot of stressful stuff happening lately.....work, family, etc....
Maybe I DO need a get away?
I'm sure it'll happen sometime.  :wave:
