im planning on going pc. but i would still want a good back up. i see so much on ebay i dont even know what im looking for. cavs, vocopro, rsq?

Jimi, do some reading on this forum (the technical questions one), and you'll see a LOT of opinions. There IS no best way of doing anything... what works for someone isn't another's cup of tea... just that there ARE so many options.
CAVS has had some reputation problems with slow swiping... the specific formats for NEO and SuperCDG throw a lot of folks off...
Personally, I kept it simple... cdg players with cdgs and then eventually went computerized.
