eek st john's wort gives me fight or flight feelings...my pulse flutters and I could simply murder someone. Feelings of impending doom abounded when I drank st john's wort tea

I think perhaps it might have been the tea, especially if it was of the green variety, poor ole St. John's Wort is always getting a bad rap.

I tried SJW for a few months, and I had some of the worst temper flare ups ever. Get some exercise, proven to help all of the things mentioned here. Soy in your diet can be beneficial for many reasons, and seems to act like hormone replacement drugs during menopause, but there have been studies that have shown it to cause cancers to grow, as does hormone replacement drugs. There are several women close to me, that have developed breast cancer, after several years on hormonal replacements drugs. I'd stick with the soy, but just don't over do it....now for something less serious...... LOL .....to keep my wife healthy.....I have sex with her once a day, whether she needs it or not.......sometimes I even wake her up, and other times I'm real quiet, as not to disturb her favorite TV shows......  ...I know, what your thinkin'......" that johnny sure is a thoughtful husband".....
