err sorry steven thought you realised...I have got the flu...that is why I decided that since I cant sing (have had to cancel 2 gigs) cos this thing has got into my larynx, and I havent smoked in 6 days due to the hideous (@$%&#!) way I have been feeling that I might as well continue on my non smoking way if I can.
My ribs are so sore from sneezing and coughing that I may have cracked something

Go out've your way to minimize ALL stress and discomfort sources.  You're feeling enough discomfort even without outside sources entering into the picture.

fantastic just what I need, another buga to give me a wide berth! As to being able to control stress levels errr not possible...I have recently taken on a wider responsibility and every one of 5 properties wants a piece of me at present...well day 7 almost ended and no smoking. I didnt find myself wanting a ciggy as much today but I sooooooooooo wanted to eat

It's my potassium level.  Being perimenopausal, I need to watch my mineral balance.  My bone density isn't what it was when I was a younger woman.  Due to my Calcium, and Potassium levels being down, I'm prone to cramps.. Not just during my time of the month of course (although I do feel like a bloated pig retaining water) but muscular spasms, charlie horse type-cramps as well.  I also like to make sure my Ph level is balanced so I take in plenty of probiotics to help my friendly flora level, by supplementing my diet with plenty of assadoofusness. Yogurt culture has that.. Do any of you ladies eat prunes and bananas to boost your potassium level ?
