Not even my pride pmsl.  It was one of those "seemed like slow motion moments", geez but I laughed my a$$ off

Besides, I live alone so I was the only one to witness my degradation

I've had several of those slow motion episodes.  LOL

Yeah,  I agree with Lena Cathi,  Fortuneately you were able to laugh at this, but I've had plenty of those "walking accidently on black ice" episodes where both legs :in slow and even motion: go up in the air, and kappy becomes airborn and falls back landing on upper back and kneck and back of head (although fortuneately wearing a heaving down coat and hood)..  It's happened on steps too, and GIVEN what's happening to my body now,  assuming that happened today, it's no laughing matter.  I think it's great when these episodes don't result in injury, but I'm the king of these seemingly ridiculous events happening,  If I don't hurt myself peddling a bicycle, I'll be getting up to go to the bathroom, getting my toe caught in some heavy object (that I was too lazy to move), and go flying into my glass coffee table landing on a metal tree sculpture (which I still have an imprint of on my ribcage).. that happened two months ago.. or I'll sit down on a computer chair focusing on something else, and miss
