Thank you !  It's one of those phrases, that despite saying it loud,  I can't tell which way sounds correct... I suppose it's because I don't know.  I have a friend who's a highschool English teacher....  Some phrases sound pretty strange such as

"Are these, they?"

(IE... Walking over to a stack of backs asking if those are the particular books a person is referring to)

From what I understand, A sentence can also begin with "Because",  and "And".  That was unheard of when I was in school... Pretty interesting how things are evolving

OMG... I'm getting really sloppy.  I need to eat... BBS.

Well,  the person who is highlighting his eyes with eye-makeup in that particular photo is REALLY good !

I can understand how women would be attracted to him,  he's got an "Exotic" type look.  Likely his European genes.  John Bon Jovi is attractive too, also has a pretty exotic look..  One would never know these two grew up in New Jersey LOL

You're right, when I was in school, we were taught to NEVER use *because or and* to begin a sentence.  However, things have changed since then.

I'm not mocking it.  I lived there for around 5 years..  West Caldwell

English comp has become more lax.  In the 60's it was quite strict.

Now sentence structure likely consists of "Never use the word Yo without a comma after it assuming it begins a sentence"  and of course  " Always use a question mark when ending a sentence with  'you know',  or 'and stuff"

I was only 4 years old when I was on stage at Seton Hall... I didn't know there were people out there either.. the lights were pretty bright.. I freaked afterwards... I still have my New Jersey Music Federation plaques from when I was a kid and had to go into Newark to get "Critiqued"  :(  Of course a person going into Newark today, might not make it out

I'm off to bed.. Later..  I see Lena said goodnight awhile back in a different thread.  I need to get some sleep, the MSG, and all the gunk in the TV dinner will serve as tonights sleeping pill....

                                       C-ya

Born in PA,  moved to Jersey,  than CT...   That's it... (besides School in NY) and then traveling for music

BTW... I was surprised when viewing earlier photo's of Sambora, and he didn't "appear" tall, but he must surround himself with GIANT people because he's 6' 2" and that's tall !

Which of us do you mean ?   Them ?  or are you asking us ?  I personally don't understand Mascara.  Why not use permanent marker instead ?

It's a good thing I'm not eating Cheerios (or anything for that matter) right now. They'd be squirting out of my nose!  LMAO  LMAO

Please.  It has a name.  Let's pay it the respect and dignity it deserves.. Feltching (Isn't that the term?)  Something like that.. HAHA LOL

OK...bbl, need to rest for a bit...

(actually I should do that before I try singing... Open up the sinuses and get out've congested head-voice... It's an old glee-club ritual... Orchestras warm up,  vocalists blow it out their nose)

OK.... chat at yez later... We're off to the kitchen and back to bed for a bit.
