I'm a day late, but Happy Birthday Phil!!

WOW!

I feel so loved!

Actually my birthday was lousy!

First thing in the morning - I get a call from IRS - Gee, they remembered my birthday and wanted to wish me a happy one?! One could only wish - they were calling to see when I would be paying some money for my taxes!

Then - I had a client call me and withdraw her home from the market (You may or may not know - I am a Real Estate Agent in Maryland) Her home had been on the market for 40 days - and no offers... Um, I haven't seen an offer in a while - I may have forgotten what they look like.

Meanwhile - We are trying to get a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) and the appraisal came in $25,000 below what we currently have the home mortgage for? WHAT!!!

Then - I had another client call me regarding some pictures that were taken of their home - somehow the Virtual Tour company got them switched with another tour - so her beautiful home has pictures of another (not so nice property) They were really upset (I understand) however, I didn't make the mistake! ARRRGGG!

I couldn't even have a decent night out or dinner because I had appointments scheduled then a Council meeting at 8PM. Local Rec Center (I am a board member) I ended up having "Taco Bell"

On top of that - only one family member even wished me a Happy Birthday (besides my beautiful wife) - I have a brother, sister, mother, father, 3 Kids! and many other family members - Dad was the only one to call - wanted to rub it in my face that I was getting older (Thanks Dad!  LOL )

Anyway, I should have visited here for all the well wishes it would have helped make my day a better one!

I didn't mean to depress anyone - I truly appreciate your well wishes and many many thanks - BTW yesterday was better! Today appears to be starting off well too...  :yes:

Oh and I spell my name with two (2) 'L' - weird I know but - gee - look who I am!
