Hey, if your price is right, I'll sell ya some....... I haven't been able to use all of mine lately, so it's going to waste.
But act fast.... my prices will increase on a daily basis, the more tired I feel, the more I'm gonna charge for my sleep hours.
(dur, think maybe wierdo here NEEDS some herself?) LMAO
Ni'Night Sweetest... rather than count sheep, pretend your counting men's wallets you snuck out of their back pockets.... that always puts me in a cozy, dreamy state of mind, and I fall asleep with a big smile on my face and wake up feeling really rested:)

Night Lena.
I've fallen back into my musicians hours. Up all night (lately) until 7-9 AM, and sleeping intermittently during the day (which is BAD for me). I seem to fall into staying awake nights easily because I find nights so much more peaceful and relaxing.. Don't know why, I've always been this way. Problem is, we aren't nocturnal critters, and it's not a healthy thing... Anyway, I need to try to get some sleep too.. Maybe if I force myself to back off the computer... I'll get bored and fall asleep.. Haven't been able to exercize as much and this is what happens, too much energy...

I'm with Keith on this one. I go until my body just quits. Last night I passed out at 9pm. LMAO My body just said "Babs your done". I could barely form sentences. I missed a great Dallas football game because of it - darn it.

The only man's wallet I've seen lately is Kappy's. Now I'm loaded, so just name yer price. LMAO
I like that idea, though. Think I'll try that tonight. ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

[font=Comic Sans MS][glow=black]I exercise a lot, always have. I think my mind is just too active to let me rest (or so I've been told) even when I train to the point of oblivion.
I've never been a good sleeper. I also enjoy being up very late at night but I have so many responsibilities to take care of during the day that I need to be fully alert for.
I seriously wish Calgon COULD take me away. LOL
Hope you get some good sleep, soon. Take care, Kappy. [/glow][/font]

I too have a stormy mind. I'm hyperactive. Wish I could focus enough to even meditate. Only time I'm relaxed is when I'm unconscious (which isn't a good thing). Run on constant anxiety, always have. Just a high-strung person.

I don't know if this will take us off topic, but I'm curious as to whether or not playing your intruments relaxes you. If not, why do you think that is?

No, Music, even Chess, nothing including debating and arguing takes my mind off've extraneous things. I get flooded with stimuli, have gotten flooded for years, and as a result of the excitatory-inhibitory process lacking filters.. Damage over the years has taken it's toll up in the Fry-O-Lator
