Remember all the bottom feeders that everybody was saying is hurting business? The bar owners are buying them out or buying a basic system with an attitude the karaoke fad is gone... The minimal quality they did have is declining. The bar owners are finding out to compete they have to spend $100 plus a month and still pay min wage for a host. .No use playing there aint nobody here... Guess where they are... They are at the bars that didnt skimp and experiment.

Yea Melly only thing is with this economy like it is there are very few bars esp little mom pops in the black and they have to skimp. The entertainment doesnt get paid enough to update etc It is a double edged sword
BUT Any will survive with old fashioned business practices.
Honesty
, Integrity
PR
Good service
Honest price
Keeping up with trends and tech advances
And many others
You dont do it with lawsuits mafia tactics or trying to monopolize I wish some of the corps in this business realized this They are blinded by greed...
And killing an entire industry right out of infancy...
