I registered at your Singer's Showcase, but when I hit the submit button, I get this message:

Your total upload limit has been reached.
You must delete some recordings before uploading additional.

If you received this message, you may want to "modify" your profile to confirm that you are a registered member! Or Upgrade Your Membership.

I've never uploaded any, so I don't get it.

I'd post at the Singer's forum, but it's restricted.

Up in the upper right side of the showcase- right under your username, when you're logged in, click on the "modify" button. It'll take you into your profile, just make sure everything is complete in there (including having a current email address listed) then you should be okay.

Actually, I don't think you have to even "change" anything, but by going in to the "modify" section, it usually clears that problem up. Just make sure you click "save" before navigating away from the "modify" page.

(and, in case you run into this- make sure the file is MP3 and no bigger than what your membership allows... 3 MB if you're a free member)

Over on the left (black) area, above where you check your PM messages, click on "User Groups"... you'll see pull down tabs, the 2nd one being where you request to join. Make the request, then you should be approved to post in there:)
