Is there a classified forum on this board or a section for buy/sell of equipment? Is that allowed on these forums?

Not that I know of - I think it is discouraged.
If someone is looking for a particular item they usually post it. Then if someone has something they'd like to get off their shelves they'll pm you.  :D
